unfortunatelly even the most reliable products sometimes have to deal with damages or errors. We regret deeply that you have to return one of our products! Please support us so the return process can be processed as fast as possible and you can hold the device in your hands in no time.

All you have to do is follow this 5 easy steps:

  1. Print the return form - you can find it at the bottom of this page
  2. Fill out the form completely and legible in BLOCK CAPITALS
  3. Attach the form and a copy of the delivery note to your shipment
  4. Assure that the device is well cushined and safely packed for the transport
  5. Send the parcel to us:

After the parcel has arrived, one of our technicians takes care of it. He will repair the device and send it back to you quickly.
